Soft cups???
Ok so hubby and I started using preseed and soft cups this month. LOVE preseed!! I think we'll be using it even when we're not ttc. Anyways, I've done fine with the inserting & removal of the soft cup but anybody have any suggestions for how long to use them after bd?? I've been using them until the next morning (we usually bd at night) but then not putting one in for the next day. Should I? What is the best advice when using the soft cups?

I left 'em in for a min of 2hrs. We bd during the day when the kid is at school and daughter's napping. All the good sperm will make it through the cervix within a few mins, after hours of chillin' in a sc, they're most likely dead or defective. No need for a new cup.
