Should I consider as out for negative at the doctors.

Went to doctor for my bad sore throat, coughing and flu. Just to confirm that I'm not pregnant to prescribe me medication, doc took my urine test. Told him im having delayed menses.

But the result was negative and doc said probably im just delayed due to unwell.. Maybe so. But for the past 2 years I'm tracking, this is my longest cycle. Shld I consider myself out?

Their urine tests aren't very sensitive, I wouldn't consider yourself until AF shows! Maybe you could try taking a FRER if still no AF? Best of luck xx
