I had pregnancy symtoms with the implant for the entire year I had it ( sore boobs bloating spots cramp ) but never was pregnant it's 99.9 accurate unless it's snapped / broken so I'd say it's unlikely

YES!!! I had the Implanon rod and have gotten pregnant twice on it. I've had miscarriages both times. Once I didn't even know I was pregnant when I started having the miscarriage, and the second time I found out as I was miscarrying the first baby in a set of twins. Because I was on BC when I got pregnant, there was a defect that wouldn't allow the other baby to grow past 12 weeks, so they terminated the pregnancy at 8 weeks, so I didn't have to go through a 12 weeks miscarriage.
