10dpo still a bfn :( I had this weird pain tho last night it was a pulling like pain in my lower right pelvic area felt like I ran a mile followed by AF like cramping and a horrible back ache. Maybe implantation cramping I'm hoping?... Advice?

I didn't get my very first faint positive till about 14dpo. & a week or so before that I had af like cramps but they weren't bad. & only lasted for a few mins. I went 2 the bathroom 2 make sure it wasn't af! & it obviously wasn't. theres still hope still kinda early. GL!
