I'm still not sure...

Hello, everyone!! My lmp was on the 3rd december and I'm on a 34 days cycle which means I'm super late, I did a hpt when I was 5 days late it came up negative, I went to my gp and tested positive(+) but he said that it wasn't convincing because u/s showed "fluid" only. I tested again after 5 days and got a bfn( ??) I still had not get my period and I have symptoms: heavy breast (at night) not really sore? Nausea, cravings, frequent urination, cramping, vaginal dryness and headaches...I know there could be a medical issue behind this, please give me advice. Thank u
