Possible pregnancy pls help

Done 2 test both with lines appeared but then 2nd line disappears using cheapie 10mui test, done clear blue digital but came back negative. Could I be pregnant but I also have implant as contraception. I have very white creamy discharge and get indigestion which I only ever get when I am pregnant I'm so confused pls help

its possible 2 get pregnant with the implant but its not very likely. I would take another test just 2 b sure
