CBFM HELP PLEASE

hi ...can anyone hep. just realised i may have been doing this wrong. i have been testing since cd6 (now on cd18).
when i switch on the monitor it shows the high fertility boxes from the previous day. should i only be testing if a stick is displayed.....so annoyed with myself that i have wasted sooooo many sticks if this is the case.... no peak this cycle and af due less than 2 weeks. please help ladies.

Hello, I use the CBFM too. It tells you when to test by showing a blinking stick with an arrow pointing to the left on that screen. If you don't see that, do not test you'll just waste a stick.
