a few years ago I thought I had my very first BFP on TWO of those blue dye tests. ended up being dark evaps that showed up pretty darn quick! needless 2 say I was devastated when I continued 2 test day after day & kept getting nothing but negatives. I must of spent 100$ on tests n a weeks time. then got af a few days later. not saying this is wats happening with u but wat kind of test was it? I don't & never will trust any blue dye test. but on a more positive note false positives are rare & false negatives do happen. so u may b pregnant. I would wait a few days and test again how many dpo r u?

just looked at the test u posted yesterday. it looks positive 2 me! did it show up within a few minutes? hopefully not a chemical. but I would definitely test again n a day or 2 cuz I think its ur BFP! congrats

Today I'm around 13dpo. I've been using BFP pregnancy strips. I seem to be able to get faint positives but they don't seem to progress into darker lines.

And yes, the line showed right away, which is always nice. But there one day and the next morning it's super super faint is really disheartening. I've been to my doc to have a blood test to see what's going on. It's just no fun to have set backs.

Yes, this happened to me this month with the BFP strips actually. I just told this story to someone else who was asking about those tests too. From 5 dpo I starting testing out of impatience and got a faint but very visible line. Did two more tests from same urine, also BFP strips and they were both negative. 6 and 7dpo all tests negative, 8 dpo another faint positive, 9 dpo frustrated so skipped testing, 10dpo another faint positive so I backed it up with a FRER and that was pos too! Confirmed with a CB digital I am pregnant, but that game of the coke and go lines was torture! It sounds like you may be onto something and will hopefully get your real BFP soon. Thanks Maggilu76! It really is a crappy roller coaster. I know I should just wait for a missed period but it's hard. These BfP tests seem to be sensitive but not consistent. I took a frer this evening and looks like a bfn. I guess I should have waited until tomorrow morning for concentrated urine. I'm not very confident. Af is 4 days away. I'll keep this updated.

You still have time then, you're not out yet! For me it is impossible to wait until day of AF to test, just tooooo long to wait!

I've started spotting tonight with dark brown to burgundy discharge. Af isn't due for three more days. I think this is another chemical pregnancy.
