Clear blue advanced fertility monitor with touch screen

Yesterday I missed my testing window because it came up with an error then I had to leave for work. Now this morning it comes up with 'refer to instructions' and has a number 2 on it. The instructions say to phone the car line and tell them which number came up but the problem is it's Saturday and they are not open till Monday! Omg this is soooo frustrating I really don't want to miss my peak. Has anyone had the same thing?
