Hi!
Do: take the medicine at the same time each day. Keep the injections refrigerated as indicated on the box. Ask questions or for demonstrations of whatever you don't understand. Think about having timed intercourse 2-3 days prior to your 1st IUI. The more sperm, the better! Keep everything on the calendar they gave you. Try to get a copy of the semen analysis results yourself (from your RE the day of the IUI) so you can be sure dh has indeed normal sperm parameters. They will have the normals listed on the sheet, too. Have a way to relax ie take a leisurely walk around the block, deep breathing, etc. Make sure you have enough lab slips & medicine AND NEEDLES prior to the weekend in case the pharmacy is closed.

Don't: forget to get your labs (done every morning prior to each US appointment). Don't do strenous activitiy/jogging b/c your ovaries will get big and could twist around & cause problems. Don't yell @ poor partner-he's stressed out and scared, too.

HTH! Good
