I am confused is this implantation bleeding? or my period?

I have PCOD issues and was having oosure.
From september I am having medicines to conceive like Ubephene, Susten, Argetas, Ecospirin
In December i tested for pregnency-blood test. I got HCG level 15.7 but again after a week repeat the test and HCG declined to 7.3.
I consulted doctor and she gave me duphaston and got periods the next day that is on dec 24th.

Now on DEC 20th I got little blood stain when i wipe only. It happend on 21st also. But only 2-3 times only when i wipe.
After that no blood stains is found.

I am confused is this implantation bleeding? or my period?
But it is not at all like my period. Blood was not leaking like that of period. when i wipe only i will get the blood stain; that too very little quantity.
I don't have any pregnancy symptoms except headache and backpain.
No changes in breast, not tiredness, no nausea...
Today(Jan 23) morning i did home pregnancy test with velocit, it came negative.

I am really worried about this. P
