I'm on my 4th. My main issue is my other half works away and its not a regular roster. I have to hope and pray that his boss is nice and lets him come home when I need him. I'm hoping I dont need to do many more cycles, the tablets give me massive ovary pain from day 3 of the tablets :( Hopefully this month is yours and mine

I am on my first cycle of Femara..I took my second pill today. I am happy to see there are others here that are using it too!

rymurkit - You are not alone. I didn't get a lot of side effects from it like I did the clomid. Let me know how its going. I'm starting my first dose of Femara again today:)

rowiemc- Is that the only side effect you have? How many cycles were unsuccessful when you actually got to try during ovulation? I had one cycle he was completely sick with the flu during that time:/ upsetting. lol

libra18: I have had a couple of headaches, but no other side effects. I'm told femara is nothing compared to clomid side effects, thankfully. My first cycle was 7 days of tablets and my scan had 4 follicles so we were advised not to try that month, we tried and nothing. Second cycle I took 5 days of tablets, he was home - nothing (unmonitored cycle as we didnt have the cash that month). Third cycle 5 days of tablets, ultrasound had 2 lead follicles, had trigger injection, ovulated 32 hours later, he was home, still nothing. Skipped last month as I knew he wouldnt be home and dont want to put myself through the cramps if I dont have to. That brings us to this month, also unmonitored as work keeps screwing up my pay. taking 5 days of tablets, expected to ovulate 30 Jan - I have told him and his boss that I need him back on the 28th so fingers crossed
