Which temperature ?

I woke up early today at about 5am took my temperature and it was 97.16 I fell asleep again when I woke up at 6.45am my temperature was 97.88, which one do I use?

First temp always...unless u get a minimum of 3hrs solid sleep after waking. The first temp is basal, the second is just a normal body temp.
