If you know you are 5w6d via early ultrasound then the date of conception would have been december 23. you are technically considered to be two weeks pregnant when you conceive because doctors go by the first date of your last period. The dates may not match up if you don't have regular cycles and ovulate on cycle day 14 lol... but what you would do is count back on the calendar to see when you would be two weeks, which according to your info here, would be december 23rd =) Hope that made sense I'm a bit tired lol!
