help calculating EDD

ok question. According to my LMP i'm due 9/26/2015. if i find a calculator that includes being able to add my 36 day cycle and 13 day leutal phase it says im due 10/5/2015. if im not due til 10/5 that means i'm only JUST 3 weeks now. "You are 3 weeks and 0 days pregnant. Your baby has been conceived and implantation will likely occur this week." if i'm getting positive hpt's, implantation has already happened... so confused!
