Anyone take Progesterone to Induce a period but then....?

Hey Im on CD 62, on day I think 6 of taking the Progesterone pills, and suddenly Im spotting now...
I know you aren't suppose to get your period until 5 to 10 days AFTER you finish taking the progesterone.

Anyone experience this??

I also came down with a horrible stomach bug yesterday and today, have been in the bathroom all day and then barely able to lift my head after.

Hi there,

I was also on progesterone to induce a proper period after having a few messed up cycles. I also had some spotting on about day 5 of a 10 day course. My gynae said it was normal. You should get the period about 3 - 7 days after stopping the pills altogether.

I also experienced insane nausea while I was on the pills.

Don't worry about it, it's normal. I've taken progesterone for years, some months AF starts 3 days after my last pill, others I started spotting while I was on it. Progesterone supplements can cause spotting, it's a side effect.

2008 - Laparoscopy for endometriosis 4 years of TTC (I suspect endo is back due to symptoms but no doctor will beleive me) July 2012: referred to Fertility Clinic August 2012: Test results are back High FSH, Low AFC (could be caused by endo) As I though, the endometriosis is back (take that doctors, I was right, you were wrong) Male factor (perfect count, they are just too stubborn and too lazy to swim properly, LOLL) August 2012: Moving on to IVF
