Question

Question about vitex

So I did not conceive last month... This month I plan to chart my temps, take opk tests, use pre-seed before baby dancing... I was also looking into vitex... I'm in my 20's and stopped taking birth control a month and a half ago. I started my cycle today so not sure if taking vitex would help my chances... Any opinions? Or anyone take it and notice a difference?

Vitex can have a positive effect if you have irregular cycles. It will take a couple of cycles or more before you'll see a difference. Don't take it if you have regular and normal cycles. GL!

I took this for 3 months straight and it helped with my cycles. Some women swear by this but I stopped cause my Husband wanted me to try Pregnitude. I also take a prenatal, iron and Vit D pills. Vitex is so inexpensive that it doesn't hurt to try for a few months. If you don't have any cycle issues also try Evening Primrose. Use only 1st CD to ovulation. Read on it before you use. Tons of luck!
