Hi :),
I've been taking progesterone for a very long time and my side effects differ from one month to another. However; I can honestly say that I've had every symptom in the book (sore breasts, nausea, cramps etc). Some months they were more intense then others. My most recent side effect (I'm not yet 100% if it was caused by that but I'm 97% sure) was abnormal bleeding. It started 3 days after AF was gone and didn't stop until AF started again (I bleed/spotted for aprox 21 days). So because of that I didn't take any progesterone last month to verify if it was caused by the progesterone and so far so good, no bleeding... I think I may have been on it for too long and I needed a break.
Progesterone will mimic pregnancy symptoms and AF symptoms which make's it very hard for symptom checkers :)
Good luck

Like tiredofwaiting, I've had just about every symptom under the sun when on progesterone. The only thing different is either: peach-colored spotting at 10dpo, hot flashes while sleeping, um, can't recall but something like 9dpo & uterine cramping at 8dpo. All these are abnormal for me and were new the times I got a bfp. GL!
