Confirmed ovulation Cd10 still no period or bfp!?

I usually have a 11 day lp. And today I'm 15 dpo.! Negative test on cheap test yesterday. Doctor called and confirmed i oed early and my cd21 level was 27.9. Confused!? And no sign of af... My cervix hasn't dropped low this whole time.
