Clexane, Metafol + Asprin...Hoping for 4th time lucky - anyone similar?

I had 4 early miscarriages last year, the last of which I was on Clexane injections and high dose folic acid. I have heterozygous MTHFR and blood clotting issues according to specialist. This time doc wants me to do the same with extra baby asprin daily. Just wanted to know if anyone else is in a similar situation and if they had any success...4 miscarriages and i'm anxious about it all, doubtful my body will make this happen for me!

I've had a break of a few months as per specialists advice and have tried again this last cycle - am a few days away from knowing if I got pregnant or not. I've gotten pregnant first time every time before so hopefully I am to give it another go. If it doesn't work doc said we'd have to try IVF.
