Short-ish luteal phase, high temp, but only BFN

Ok, so my cycles are 27-28 days, luteal phase 10-11 days. I had a + OPK on CD15.
I am currently CD28, taken several tests (FRER, clearblue) and all are BFN.
My temperature is high and has stayed high, when in previous months it dipped around CD25/26 and continued lower.

I know I just need to wait, but I would love any insight. Going crazy in my head!
Also- congested for over a week, abdominal cramping/ discomfort (not AF). Tender breasts but that is usual.
