Question

Hi everyone! Has anyone had success TTC after 35 and with only one fallopian tube?

I have had success previously but i was 29, i know that after 35 fertility decreases I'm just worried that with my age AND only one fallopian tube, my chances are slim. I need some encouragement!

I think you have as good a chance as anyone! I fell preggas easily at 30, 34 (3times) and 36. I do have two tubes tho but I'm still waiting to see what 39 brings. Having only one tube just means that the one tube will act for both ovaries. The tube is free floating and uses a suction, sweeping and chemical exchange to pull in the egg and it has been proven that the egg from the 'tubeless' ovary can be picked up by the tube from the other side. Past fertility is more an indicator of fertility over 35 than age. If you've been able to conceive before than that's a great start. The trouble with starting later is if ladies have never tried before there's less time to iron problems out before age does start to get in the way. :).
