If not using temps then I would call the day after the first positive O day and count from there. Continue to bd for a cpl days after in case that wasnt the actual day.

I used to get up to 5 days of positive OPKs and I always went by the day after the strongest positive, which seemed accurate as I always started my period 14 days after that. I ended up buying the Clearblue ovulation tests that have the smiley faces, they are so much clearer for me to understand because I don't have to analyze for an hour ("Is the first line as dark? It's really close...") and when I started temping my temps confirmed that I ovulate the day after my peak reading.
