Pregnacare conception...need advice!
I have been taking pregnacare since mid december, today i cane across some bad reviews on it, on how it causes false preg symptoms and can cause late ovulation hence delay af! This scared me! Anyone else use pregnacare and noticed something off with their cycle?
I am contemplating stopping using them and just get folic acid. My cycles are already 30-31 days, dont want them any longer!

memberI have not used it but if you have any concerns about it switch to a regular prenatal vitamin with at least 800 mcg folic acid. Pregnacare Conception has only 400 mcg of folic acid which is on the low side anyways. I would not just take folic acid as vitamins and minerals don't work in isolation but in combination with one another. Best wishes and the Lord's blessings.
