Femara-Cramps, both sides, did I ovulate twice?
This is my first cycle on Femara, I received + OPKs for a week straight, with 1 day in the middle being negative. 2 Temp rises, does Femara help you release 2 eggs in 1 cycle. Been Having cramping on both sides this month, when typically I only have cramping on the side I ovulated on.

memberIt is possible that 2 eggs were released. There is no way of knowing for sure unless you had an ultrasound done. I did 16 months of Femara. Most often only one egg was released, a few times 2, only once there were 3. Femara is known to produce fewer but better quality eggs, but 2 is definitively a possibility. If you used the HCG shot to trigger ovulation it is possible that your cramping is caused by the trigger shot. I had this happen frequently and could not even feel ovulation because of all the cramping related to the trigger. Best wishes and the Lord's blessings.
