Question

Chemical pregnancy??!!! Help!

So I found out I'm pregnant on 12/24 best Christmas present! But I've been scared because in May I had a mc at about 7wks. So now I'm wondering if I'm having a chemical pregnancy? Iv been testing since new years eve and till now the lines have gotten darker. But I noticed my symptoms have lessen from Saturday and today I started to have brownish discharge :( please help. Am I having a chemical pregnancy? I never had one. My period was expected on sat. Or by today the latest. I'm cramping but nothing bad. But I'm worried because that's how my miscarriage started. Symptoms started to go away by the next day and slowly then I started to bleed 2-3 day later :( am I having a chemical pregnancy? Or ectopic pregnancy? Because of the holidays I'm waiting to call the doc on Monday. I'm posting a picture of the hpt tests. Please check them out. And help me out! Thank you.

In very early pregnancy symptoms may come and go or you may have none. I am 7 weeks now with no symptoms at all. Brownish spotting can still be related to implantation. I can fully understand that you are worried but it is premature to label this a chemical pregnancy. At this point I would not work with HPT results at all. I would wait for Monday's and Wednesday's HCG blood tests. This will provide valuable information. Best wishes and the Lord's blessings.

Im realllllly hoping that you dont have to go thrthrough another loss! At this point it can be a cp but it can also not. Only thing you can do is keep testing and if the line starts getting lighter than unfortunately yes, its a cp. Thats how mine started.. Light cramping and dark discharge.. Then 2 days later i got my period :/

Your tests are looking really good honey. Just hang on. Blood hcg will tell you the most you just need to get through somehow until you get to your Dr. There's every chance everything will be fine. If not it is absolutely out of your hands. It is terrifying and I feel for you. I did have two miscarriages back to back but fell pregnant again immediately and went on to have a healthy baby. Unfortunately because of the knowledge that modern society brings we are more aware than ever of early losses. Hugs.

According to the internet those are normal signs of being perggers. But if they get worst go to the nearest er. In the mean time take it easy.

Thank you! Everyone for your answer! :) update this morning. I took my last hot test and the test line is way darker than the control line this time. So it got a little more darker than the test I took yesterday. But I am also having more brownish discharge :(if it was a chemical when would the test start getting lighter? I'm calling the doctor today with me luck! Thank you!

brown blood is old blood and can mean a variety of things, most of which are not threatening in anyway to your pregnancy. With my first child I had brown spotting (sometimes fairly heavy amounts) for the first four months of my pregnancy around the times my periods would have been due. The doctors all assured me it was normal and I went on to have a healthy 10 lb baby girl. On the flip side I have also had two chemicals and two early miscarriages unfortunately there is not much you can do in any regard to prevent any of these from happening. Also I would not poas anymore, you got your positive be happy about that and wait for your blood tests, they are much more definitive. Best of luck to you and congratulations on your BFP what an awesome Christmas present!! :)
