Question

11DPO neg HPT sypmtoms disappeared. Out?!ð???

Just needing some reassurance or reality to get me the rest of the TWW. I Oed on the 17th BBT showed good progression even into a triphasic shift. Bbs were extremely tender and sore nipples from 4DPO to 8DPO. They gradually got normal again. Had noticeable cramping 7DPO in the am and then again on 9 DPO. Have slight cramps on and off since. I couldn't be patient and wait it out so I started testing at 9 DPO and they have been neg since :( Any advice or comfort greatly appreciated.

So what it sounds like you might be describing is a rise in progesterone. You aren't through the two week wait yet so your symptoms really shouldn't be strong at all. Actually you really shouldn't have pregnancy symptoms until a week or so after implantation (6-12 dpo). The symptoms that feel like pregnancy are just your progesterone rise, which means your body is working right. However, this doesn't determine whether or effect whether you are pregnant or not. And, even though you make it through the two week wait there are still like 40% of women who don't even get a positive then and need to wait a solid week or 2 until after their missed period.

All this is to say, don't worry or stress. Wait as long as you can to test. It's so much harder to actually do that. I know! But, the longer you wait the more likely you'll get an answer one way or the other. You'll start you're period or you'll be pregnant. Let your body do what it's supposed to do naturally! Good Luck!
