So confused!! :(

I have been having very light pink spotting on and off for the past week. I am about 4 days late. I have mild cramping at times but nothing different other than that. We've been ttc for a year now and this is so frustrating! After having an MC back in October I'm just hoping for the best here. Has anyone else spotted for this long and still came out with a positive pregnancy test? I haven't taken one yet just because I don't wanna feel disappointed.
