could be your sciatic nerve. mine had started hurting very early on as with you, in most cases if you are already experiencing this pain, then chances are it will get worse but not unbearable. its not a sign of MC i dont believe. ive had 2 in the past year, but the sciatic nerve runs down your leg and into ur lower back. And the most uncomfortable of all is when you feel this pain right in the middle of your butt cheek. lol. i do think this is what yours experiencing. and if it is, then no worries, im 27 weeks and i still have this pain, but its gotten better in my case from when i first started having these pains. make sure to bring it up to your doctor anyway. I would not draw such a conclusion. Back pain and aches can be related to normal early pregnancy or to a lower back injury with sciatic pain especially since you are describing pain going down your leg. Bleeding or spotting would be of more concern with regards to miscarriage. If you are worried about your pregnancy get a few HCG blood tests to see if the numbers are doubling approximately every 48 hours. Best wishes and the Lord's blessings.
