Question

Implantation cramping or early menstrual cramps?

I am 9 dpo and I am wondering if this pressure and cramps I feel are early menstrual (I almost always, 99%, have a 14 day luteal phase), or could these been implantation cramps? Any advice would be great!

I think they are implantation cramps. 9 DPO is too soon for period cramps.

I always get cramps when I ovulate and after ovulation and here and there. Cramping means nothing. I cramp more during my lt phase than when I'm going to get my period. It's normal. A lot of women have cramping in between and means nothing. Sorry :/ but who knows it might be different with you. ;) good lucks
