Plz plz read and help

I have pcos y last period was 23oct after that until now no af showedhpt is negative then i started ex and from 3 4 days i feel too much nausea is this ovulation or just hormone balance and finally af prepareation

Sounds like hormone imbalance from pcos. I have it to and have felt that way. Talk to your doctor. Mine put me on cloud to help ovulation. Gl.
