Implantation bleeding or period?

So I'm starting to worry that this could be my period but I know it could be implantation bleeding as well. We'll over the past few days I have noticed some brown spotting & it hasn't gotten just a little bit more today. Curious if this could be my period or just implantation bleeding? I was suppose to start my expected period on the 19th or the 21st but still curious what this could mean. Advice anyone?
