Question

Are short periods normal?

I am 25 years old and have never been on birth control. My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for the last few months.
My cycles have been very regular for years about 26 days each month. The only thing I can think that might be affecting my fertility is my periods. They are only 2.5-3 days start to finish. They get pretty heavy, but are always that short. Could that be a factor? Does anyone know what that would mean? I have read that could mean my lining is too thin.
I would appreciate any info or advice.
Thanks!

Very light and short bleeding is connected to a thin lining. Heavy periods even though only 3 days max are normal.
