Spotting/weird period

Okay so I have some abnormal periods. They come anywhere from 28 to 44 days apart. My question is this week on Monday i spotted then tuesday i had more of a period flow but just when i wiped. I wore pads for a few days, but there really was no use for them since it was so light...is this normal for others or was it implantation? Any thoughts would be appreaciated.
