AF 3 days late, negative test on the day she was due. When should I test again?

So AF was due on Monday and still hasn't shown up. The last test I took was that morning. Bfn. When should I test again? I've been cramping like it's coming but then it hasn't and cramps stop. I'm on CD 31 and 16dpo. My cycles have been pretry consistant upon returning. (I'm 12 months pp) I've been nauseous consistently around 10 since 8 dpo and it's getting worse as the days go on. I just want some sort of answer. Thoughts?
