I have gastro reflux disease so I always av it on n off, I get it terrible in pregnancy.

This is actually my 3rd child but my youngest is now 6 and can't remember suffering from heartburn so early with my other two pregnancies haha then again I'd forgotten how dam painful my boobs had got previously (ouch!!)

I always feel like the odd one out because mine started around week 6 or 7, and has been a regular symptom all the way up until now at 21 weeks. I found a lot of tips that recommended mints as a means to soothe the burn, but they were always posted by women in the second trimester.
Mints do soothe the burn adequately, by the way. It's something that a very cheap and quick fix. And much sweeter than resorting to Tums, too!

Thankfully I have never experienced heartburn with any of my pregnancies. Only thing I ever had was a little nausea in first trimester and that was it. I should be thankful :)
