Question

Working out

I'm about 4 to 5 weeks pregnant. I'm a bit overweight but I workout 3 to 4 times a week and would like to continue this as long as possible to feel better. My workout is 30 minutes on an elliptical (ranging from a 1 to 7 incline increase). Is this OK to continue? This may be a stupid question but first baby and not a clue. I've heard that it is good to exercise but what form of exercise?

If its something u are used to then its fine, thats pretty low impact. Just make sure u dont let ur body temp get too high and stay well hydrated! Exercise is great during pregnancy.
Congrats! =))

Yup dakotagurl said it perfectly. If its nothing new then carry on but make sure you listen to your body. If you get tired, stop. Make sure you are not breathless at any point in your routine and lots of water. Working out is defiantly awesome during pregnancy. Congrats mummy :)
