follicular study doubt

is any tamil doctors available here..pls ans me for my confusion.1.uterus-Anteverted normal size(7.43cmsx3.59cms)uniform echotexture.no focal lesion/no fibroid.
2.left ovary-2.57cmsx1.39cms. no df.
Right ovary-4.40cmsx2.99cms.shows an isolated df of 25.6mm diameter.
3.no adenexnal mass/collection
4.no POD fluid. this is my report taken yesterday..today also doctor came for follicular study.yesterday she gives one injection...pls tell the detail about my report..is it normal im so confused..
