Question

Early pregnancy symptoms... Single vs multiple is there a difference?

I have already have 1 DS and I think I'm pregnant again, I know each pregnancy is diffrent but the is something that's telling me it's more than one.
I'v been spotting on and off ( the smallest drops of brown/rose color, every 4/5toilet trips) for the last three days (including today) I did a test today and it's a faint positive on a 25 Mlu. I have also been feeling nauseous for the past two days with CHRONIC tender boobs!! Also I feel extremely bloated and I'm going to the toilet a lot more too! Oh and headaches! Plenty of them.
has anyone had this so early on and it just been one baby and has anyone had these and it been more than one?
Btw I would be about 12/13dpo
TIA :-D xxx

The one time I had similar it was one baby, with my twin pregnancy I had no symptoms at all until I hit the 6 week mark.

For my first and only pregnancy, I tested at 7dpo, no symptoms. BFN. I kind of forgot about it, til at 14dpo I started peeing like every 15min., and was in the middle of a "cleaning the house" rampage. After my 4th or 5th time peeing, I realized what I was doing and thought, hey...better test again. It was like 2 in the afternoon, and even after peeing that many times, still got a BFP. First time at the ob/gyn, they told me there was one baby. Weeks later at the NT scan, they saw TWO! I argued with the poor doc for a good 20 minutes about the results. Funny thing was...I had been dreaming about having twins, so was kind of disappointed after that first appointment. Then pleasantly shocked at the second! I guess you just never know...and every pregnancy is different!
