Question

Am I pregnant so quick after loss

Sadly I've had two losses this year. I got to 19 weeks pregnant when I sadly had to be induced and deliver our sleeping angel as she was very poorly and there was a high risk I too was going to get very ill. We had her 11th October and had a 2 week bleed then my next proper af was 17/11. It lasted 7 days as normal but had a couple days in the following week of spotting. I had ewcm on 9/12 , so a later ovulation than normal. I do think I ovulated as the day I had ewcm it was tinged pink which is what happened when I got pregnant last. Anyway today I had pink spotting first thing this morning and nothing else. It's exactly 1 week today since I ovulated and I also had sore Bbs yesterday . I know it's to early to test but does it sound like I could be pg or just my af being strange. I just desperately want to get pregnant and have a healthy full term born baby. I'm still grieving my loss in october and feel I'm clutching at straws.
Any advice appreciated.
