First RE appt tomorrow, what should I ask?

Hi all,

I have an appointment with an RE tomorrow, wasn't supposed to see him until end of Jan but I took a cancellation slot. I've had a sono which showed PCO on both sides, I have AMH of 10.6, TSH at 2.0 and FSH at 4.6. I had Estradiol taken too, but I haven't seen the number yet.

We've been "not preventing" since April 2013 and pinpointing ovulation since April 2014 with no results.

Any recommendations on what to ask/tests to request? I know I'll be doing a lot of listening but I'd like to make the most of my appt.
