Odd "pressure" in lower abdomen/uterine area.

TTC #1 for 7 months now. I am 26 with endometriosis and have been told we will have a hard time conceiving if at all. I am approximately 3dpo. Today I had a sharp pain in my abdomen that lasted approximately 10 minutes, this came with a surge of thick clear vaginal discharge. I now have this odd pressure/pulling feeling in my abdomen. I even feel the pressure when I sit down. I have never been pregnant so unsure what's going on. Could this be my implantation just without the bleeding or am I just hoping too much. I did have a chemical pregnancy 3 months ago
