Sore but not swollen breasts?

I'm about 7dpo now (According to FertilityFriend anyway) and I've had sore breasts/armpits since ovulation but for some reason they're not swollen. Usually from the day of O I'm swollen and sore right up until AF.

I miscarried at 6 weeks 3 days on the 17th of October and have had one period since then. Is it possible the miscarriage has effected what the hormones do or is something else going weird here?
