I read that high estradiol levels can indicate a problem with your ovarian reserves and it suppresses FSH. I'm NOT a doctor or an expert but with my own rationale and logic/research I think that possibly taking primrose oil may help. It's known to balance hormone levels. However it also has some estrogen mimicking properties like soy. If you eat a lot of soy I suggest steering away from anything soy. Otherwise I would say try a vitamin b complex vitamin, there is a good one by rainbow light. It contains excess amounts of vitamins that research shows help balance hormones and chemicals in the brain. It also works as a mood and energy booster. I've noticed a difference in my man since he's been taking it and I've been taking it too. A fish oil capsule would be beneficial too. Lastly try buying a fertility test. One that tests FSH to see if you have good levels as that will indicate if your egg quality is good. Good luck!
