having problem to conceive after ectopic pregnancy. have pcos since 4 years..

i had ectopic pregnancy on january 2014 on my right side and my right fallopian tube has been removed. i am trying to conceive now, i had brown spotting on 6th november,(perriod was supposed to come on 26th october) and my doctor gave me duphston which brought my period after 16 days (23 nov)which was orange in colour. now i am getting very nauseous and bloated...so gassy....can't work at office:p my breast are tender and i have left side ache and back pain on the same side.....don't want to visit my gyane and confused and frustrated.........help me please........
