TTC - one month after MC

I was pregnant last cycle. I first got a BFP on 9 DPO (light) and was confirmed by a bloodtest next day (Monday) that I was 10 MiU of HcG. A few days later, got a BFP on clear blue with weeks preg estimator of 1-2.

I spotted for a week (as soon as I found out until miscarriage confirmed at hosp).

My HcG was down to 4 by that Friday. Then I got a period that was really heavy a few days later.

To sum it up: I spotted for the week before, heavy period, then spotted for the week after.

Long story short, I had sex with my husband this cycle and though I wasn't trying, I knew (based on the last symptoms of extreme emotions) that I am pregnant again.

I tested 9 DPO and 10 DPO and got the lightest BFPs. (Similar to my first ones last time that got darker by a lot before the MC). It could be that I am again having another ill-conception.

This time, though, I have the worst gas and mid/lower back pain. The spotting happened for the past couple days and stopped today.
