Also, I've been experiencing cramping..not like period cramps but more like short stretching pains on both sides of my uterus..normal?

Also, pre-natal vitamins.. I'm using the VITAFUSION gummys..at first they were so yummy and now they make me nauseated even thinking about them. Any suggestions on pre-natal vitamins that don't make you nauseated?

Ginger tea or flat ginger ale are great for nausea relief. A lack of protein can make nausea worse, try some nuts. For extra potassium that helps fight nausea eat bananas if you like them. Also, fiber rich foods/fruits like apples can be helpful. Drink plenty of water or some sports drinks if you feel dehydrated. Crackers, pretzels might do the trick at times. Try eating smaller more frequent meals/snacks; it helped me. Prenatal Vitamin: I always like Prenatal One by Rainbow Light. It is a food-based multivitamin that is gentle on the stomach. Best wishes and the Lord's blessings.

Peppermint is what a family member of mine suggested.
