I am 4 weeks pregnant. I am having menstrual like cramps. Is this normal?

I just found out I was pregnant. I am exactly unsure of how many weeks, because my period was so irregular. I would guess 4-5 weeks. I feel like I am going to start my period. It feels like menstrual cramps. Is this normal?

My first pregnancy I had cramps like this and kept running to the bathroom. Sometimes they were so intense I just couldn't fathom that I wasn't going to start af with a flood. They kept up nearly my entire first trimester. It was perfectly normal. :)

yes their normal hun, i kept running to the loo expecting to see af. was a very testing time (literally) lol
