I am not sure if I understand your question quite right, but if it is about nausea relief may be this is helpful to you. Smaller more frequent meals can be helpful. Crackers, pretzels are good. You can try fiber rich foods/fruits like apples for example, nuts (a lack of protein can make nausea worse) enough water/sports drinks, bananas (potassium helps), and ginger tea (my favorite) or flat ginger ale. Wishing you the best of luck. Best wishes and the Lord's blessings.

During my very nauseous weeks (6 and 7) I found that I just had to keep eating and I felt fine. It's counter-intuitive to eat something when you feel so rotten but if you just force yourself to eat you'll feel better. I was constantly munching every 2 hours probably and unfortunately carbs were all that made me feel better. I ate a lot of bagels, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, plain pasta, etc. If you're like me and fruits and veggies sound disgusting (I couldn't even look at lettuce) drink a lot of juices. 100% fruit juice, v8 splash, popsicles made with real juice, frozen fruit smoothies made with greek yogurt, etc. Those seemed to go down WAY easier than an actual fruit or veggie. The one fruit I did like was grapes. Also, drink lots and lots of water to keep your tummy feeling full between meals/snacks!
