Head rush, dizzy feeling, lightheaded

All day today I've been getting head rushes, or little dizzy spells. When I move or sit down, they don't seem to go away. Head just feels "wishy-washy" like a fog or haze. Not sure what to think of it. I don't recall feeling this way in my normal lp, so I'm starting to think that maybe something is up? Does anyone else get this or have experienced this, or even know what I'm trying to explain? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks girls-you guys are the best :)
